If your quotes are rows in Airtable, Google Sheets or Notion, Qwilr turns each one into a page through Zapier, Make or its API. After the first 40 on annual Starter, every page made that way costs $2.00 to $2.50 in credit, on top of $35 per user a month, with no spending cap. A quote that's already sitting in a row shouldn't cost you two dollars to make. We fill the Google Docs or Word template you already have from that row, on a flat plan from $19 a month for 100 documents. Your client accepts in one click, the accepted PDF goes back on the row, and your whole team is included.
Annual Starter comes with a one-time $100 credit, enough for 40 pages. After that, each page costs $2.50, or you buy 250 pages for $500 and every page past the bundle costs $2.00 for the rest of the year. Here's what a year costs one person sending quotes from a table.
Year one, billed annually, at US list prices, with Qwilr's cheaper option (pay per page, or buy the $500 bundle) in every row. Each extra person who builds or sends quotes in Qwilr adds $420 a year on Starter.
Your quote stays in Google Docs or Word, where whoever owns the wording already edits it. We fill it straight from the row: the client, the dates and every line item from the linked records, with totals.
You build the quote again as a page in the Qwilr editor, from its templates and saved blocks. Airtable, Google Sheets and Notion aren't on its integrations page (October 2026).
Your client opens the quote, reads it and clicks Accept, with no account and no signature to draw. The accepted PDF, with a Certificate of Acceptance as its last page, goes back on the Airtable, Notion or Google Sheets row, or to Google Drive, SmartSuite or ClickUp.
Your client clicks Accept on the page. Qwilr's automations write the result back to a CRM deal on Growth and Scale, and Growth starts at $3,300 a year. To get the yes onto an Airtable or Google Sheets row, you build that yourself from Qwilr's pageAccepted webhook, with a Zap for example.
Each accepted or signed document also fires a webhook, so Zapier, Make or n8n can start the next step, such as sending the invoice.
DocsAutomator creates the document from the Airtable record, gets it signed or accepted, and puts the sealed PDF back on the record.
A button, a status change or an Airtable automation starts DocsAutomator. The record fills your Google Docs, Word or PDF template, including line items from linked records.
The names and email addresses of the signers come from fields on the record, so nobody copies them by hand. You set the signing order and the reminders once in the automation.
When the last person signs, the sealed PDF with its certificate lands in an attachment field on the record. Values the signers enter can go back into fields, so the next Airtable automation can start on its own.
Use it for quotes, proposals, contracts, leases and work orders. When a quote only needs a yes, send it for one-click acceptance instead of signing. E-signing and acceptance are included in every plan. See pricing for the details.

Qwilr prices and limits from its pricing page and help center, October 2026.
Your wording, your sections, your pricing and your signers. The pricing table becomes a line-item table that fills from the linked records on the row.
The tiered-plan picker, where the client chooses between your plans, and the ROI calculator. A quote made here shows the one price you're offering. Most clients don't sign a quote. They read the price and say yes.

Before I discovered Docsautomator, generating reports from Airtable was a time-consuming task that drained both my time and energy. However, Docsautomator changed everything and made the process feel effortless.

As a botanical garden operator staffed by volunteers, DocsAutomator has revolutionized our document generation process. This powerful tool seamlessly integrates with our Airtable databases, allowing us to effortlessly create a wide range of docs!
I had a complex process with Airtable and Fillout I was trying to work out and an Airtable consultant told me about DocsAutomator as a much better alternative to Airtable's Page Designer for external documents. She also said Rupert was very helpful.
